A.  We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

Q.  Can I place my order other than online?

A.  Yes you can! Simply print out the Fax Order Form  for your respective browser.
      Then, fill out the order form along with your shipping address and credit card information.
      FAX it to us at: (877) 996-4400.

      Or, you can place your order with us directly by calling: (317) 996-3300.  Our normal business
      hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until
      12:00 p.m. with the exception of legal holidays. Hours listed are for the Eastern Daylight Savings
      Time.

Q.  Where can I find your contact information?

A.  All of our company's information is listed under Contact Us!

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?

A.  Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt and should be received within 2 to 3
      business days thereafter depending upon the method of shipment chosen.  Please allow extra
      time for weekends and holidays.

Q.  How do I learn to use your products?

A.  It's easy!  Just refer to our “Product Information & Tips” sheet which is provided with each
     one of our products while following the recipe's directions. If you have additional questions,

Q.  Where can I find your “Product Information & Tips” sheets?

A.  Our “Product Information & Tips” pamphlets are specifically designed to use with each one
      of our products and are included as part of your order.

Q.  Do your products need to be refrigerated?

A.  No, they are “Shelf Stable” and should not be refrigerated. However, all of our
      products should be stored in a cool and dry environment out of direct sunlight.

Q.  What does the term “Shelf Stable” mean?

A.  A Self Stable product may be stored in its original sealed package without refrigeration
      in a cool and dry environment. i.e. On the shelf   All products will need to be re-sealed
      after being opened and a few will require refrigeration thereafter.

Q.  The sponge cake and bavarois kits seem to be dry. Is this normal?

A.   Yes, as the moisture has been removed from all these products in order to make them
      “Shelf Stable.”(See previous questionOnce the moisture is replaced, they will return to their
       ready-to-use form.  However, if the package's seal is broken and moisture gets to the product
       before it's used, it can become stale.

Q.  How do I return the moisture to these products in order to make them ready to use again?

A.  Usually, the easiest way is to just prepare the desserts in advance and let the cakes & tart shells
      absorb the moisture and flavors from their fillings naturally. Our “Product Information &
      Tips” pamphlet explains the various methods by which  moisture may be re-introduced and
      provides easy hints on how to use these type of products.

Q.  What does the date on your products signify?

A.  It is a “Best if Used By” date. Products should be used before this date in order to insure their
      best quality and performance. It also requires that the product be properly stored prior to use.

Q.  Do you have a printed catalogue?

A.  Currently, we do not publish a printed catalogue.
